responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate conceptual and detailed 3D structural models, translating engineering input into constructible drawing sets.
- Take full ownership of assigned design scopes from start to finish, meticulously managing schedule, quality, and coordination.
- Ensure all models and documentation consistently align with internal and client standards prior to formal QA/QC reviews.
- Collaborate seamlessly with engineers and cross-functional disciplines to proactively resolve design and documentation issues.
- Lead specific design packages by providing guidance to small teams of designers, balancing workloads, and driving progress to meet deadlines.
