responsibilities:
- Lead and enforce safety and QA/QC protocols across Our Client's construction site, fostering a strict Injury-Free Environment.
- Audit and review the General Contractor's Quality Management Plan, preparing detailed reports and tracking non-conformances to closure.
- Train, counsel, and mentor project staff to ensure flawless execution of Our Client's rigorous quality specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying workflow efficiencies and updating region-wide QA/QC change management procedures.
- Collaborate actively in OAC and weekly project meetings, championing a culture of quality awareness from design through completion.
