responsibilities:
- Perform advanced board-level and BGA troubleshooting on complex server PCAs using schematics, diagnostic utilities, and high-bandwidth test equipment.
- Conduct root cause failure analysis to implement continuous improvement initiatives, identify systemic trends, and optimize repair cycle times.
- Collaborate with engineering to refine repair methodologies, validate advanced test equipment, and develop detailed debug documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to ESD, quality, and safety standards when handling high-value enterprise server and data center components.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technicians to strengthen overall team capability and troubleshooting consistency.
