responsibilities:
- Lead the complete engineering execution of Balance of Plant (BOP) scoped projects from contract signature through the fulfillment of all contractual obligations.
- Direct and manage a matrixed, cross-functional engineering team across international locations, mitigating risks and maximizing project opportunities.
- Serve as the senior technical focal point to align internal departments, customers, partners, and subcontractors, ensuring consistent requirement flow-down and system-level issue resolution.
- Review customer specifications, evaluate the financial and scheduling impacts of scope changes, and guarantee project profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support to sourcing and installation teams, enforce rigorous quality procedures, and capture lessons learned to drive global process improvements.
