responsibilities:
- Lead weekly meetings with project teams to evaluate cost and schedule risks, identify opportunities, and develop strategic mitigation action plans.
- Drive targeted risk mitigation efforts across functional owners, facilitate ad-hoc meetings for complex issues, and escalate to leadership when required.
- Partner with Project and Construction Managers to provide updated risk action plans and integrate variance tracking into Daily Management reviews.
- Support the Cost & Schedule Core Team in coordinating Commitment Meetings to align baselines, targets, and execution plans across all supporting functions.
