Fabrication Manufacturing Supervisor for a leading manufacturing company in El Paso, TX. This role is ideal for someone who can lead from the floor, bring technical depth in fabrication, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
This position supports the weekend shift schedule: Friday through Sunday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with flexibility required to cover overtime during the week based on business needs.

responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent achievement of production schedules with a focus on cost efficiency, quality, and lead time targets
- Monitor daily operations and quickly address production challenges to minimize downtime and disruptions
- Provide direct oversight of fabrication operations, including metal forming, punching, and related manufacturing processes
- Ensure proper setup, operation, and troubleshooting of fabrication equipment
- Serve as the technical leader on shift for fabrication processes, guiding best practices and standard work
- Hands-on experience in fabrication processes, including punching and metal forming
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of fabrication workflows, equipment, and production environments
- Ability to lead and troubleshoot fabrication operations in a fast-paced setting
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
