responsibilities:
- Forecast corporate demand, monitor supply chain risks, and oversee the full lifecycle of wound equipment procurement to ensure continuous availability.
- Cultivate and manage supplier relationships by tracking performance metrics, monitoring agreements, and proactively resolving delivery delays or quality issues.
- Execute day-to-day order management, including issuing accurate purchase requisitions, tracking inspection schedules, and fully closing out purchase orders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering to maintain accurate technical specifications and with finance to support cost tracking and invoice reconciliation.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and receiving teams to align delivery schedules with project timelines and resolve any material discrepancies.
