responsibilities:
- Lead environmental due diligence and acquire necessary permits and approvals on behalf of Our Client.
- Uphold rigorous compliance standards across site acquisition, facility design, and construction phases.
- Manage the development and on-time delivery of complex environmental permits for new data centers.
- Collaborate directly with Our Client's internal legal, design, construction, and operations teams to achieve desired outcomes.
