responsibilities:
- Provide technical engineering support from concept through early development, defining project scopes, regulatory requirements, and project execution strategies.
- Develop reliable project schedules and cost estimates while identifying and defining key project risks, uncertainties, and likelihoods.
- Create robust charters for Rough Order of Magnitude to Class 3 scopes, delivering the critical data needed for executive decision-making.
- Facilitate effective cross-functional communication and deliver regular formal and informal progress reports to senior management.
