responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess construction processes and contract exhibits across regional projects, ensuring conformance to technical specifications and governing regulations.
- Analyze quality data including audit and nonconformance logs and perform field assessments to proactively mitigate risks and prepare for PHMSA audits.
- Serve as the technical escalation point within the department, leading team meetings and training programs to ensure proper qualification of quality personnel.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive departmental documents, including guidelines, SOPs, work instructions, and presentations, while representing Our Client at industry events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key technical, regulatory, and supply chain groups to drive compliance and process improvement initiatives.
