responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical testing (including preparation, titration, calibration, and validation) on raw materials, bulk, WIP, and finished goods in compliance with GMP and USP standards.
- Lead out-of-specification (OOS) investigations and perform Root Cause Analysis to troubleshoot quality deviations and instrument issues.
- Support process development and validation in partnership with the Process Expertise team to drive continuous manufacturing improvements.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and manage pricing, standards, or vendor data within SAP systems as required.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced laboratory environment, collaborating across departments to resolve quality issues with a proactive sense of urgency.
