responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate non-IT projects from inception to completion, developing detailed plans to achieve key business goals.
- Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to establish project specifications and cross-functional alignment.
- Analyze resource needs, market demand, and feasibility to optimize project outcomes and manage cost estimates effectively.
- Present proposals, progress reports, and strategic findings clearly to key internal and external stakeholders.
- Recruit, direct, and evaluate project staff, fostering professional growth and staff competence for Our Client.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; PMI or PMP certification preferred.
8 to 10 years of proven experience managing non-IT projects, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
