MUST HAVE HR EXPERIENCE  This position will be eventually a hybrid model role that will be onsite for 3 days, remote for 2 days.  This would be looked at after the training period is completed and they feel more acclimated in the role (estimated about a month on assignment).  During the training period they will be expected to be onsite for 5 days a week.
