job summary: The Opportunity: Under the direction of the Implementation Senior Manager, the Implementation Manager is responsible for the successful onboarding of new member companies. The Implementation Manager reviews the MRO requirements and coordinates vendor support services, roll out activities, and new member education/training during the initial weeks and months following a member joining the PA program.
