National Manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Maintenance Reliability Engineer. This position will be located near Northfield, Minnesota. The Maintenance Reliability Engineer will partner with operations and maintenance teams to research common failures and implement strategies and engineering changes to reduce equipment downtime.
The salary is commensurate with experience ranging up to $120K, plus and opportunity for a bonus, relocation assistance, and other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

responsibilities:
- Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations
- Works with project engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations
- Manage multiple assigned engineering and or technical service projects establishing manpower, budgets, scheduling, equipment, and materials.
- Control project schedule, costs and quality via project management skills
