job summary: Responsibilities of this the role This position is for a Sr. UX Researcher Depending on the project they are assigned to, a researcher will be conducting work according to where they are in their project - discovery, planning, study creation, execution, analysis, or reporting to stakeholders. Each day will have heads down work time.The team works in 2-week sprints, so there are regular meetings within the sprint. There is collaboration between designers, accessibility analysis, developers, product owners throughout the process. Expectations: During the initial onboarding period (2-4 weeks), we'll want the individual to learn as much as they can about the team, our processes, the work, and complete their training. We'll pair them with a "buddy" to help with this process. During the first 60-90 days they will be assigned their own project(s) and be expected to complete them, with assistance from the team/manager.
