Well established and stable power generation organization is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for a large coal fired plant north of College Station Texas. Candidate will manage three Superitendents and will be responsible for all maintenance work at the plant. Must have experience in a coal fired facility for consideration. Relocation assistance provided for qualified candidates.

responsibilities:
The Maintenance Manager will have overall responsibility for a large coal fired power generation station with the support of three Superintendents under their supervision
Supervise all maintenance for the facility to ensure all production and availablity goals are met
Develop and manage capital and O&M budgets
Qualifications
BS Technical degree or equivalent experience in power generation
Specific experience in a coal fired facility required
10+ years in an Operation or Maintenance leadership role
Experience in a union environment helpful, but not required
