This person will supervise and direct the Project Engineering team's engineering designs, costs, plans, and specifications for new facilities and reconditioning or altering existing systems and equipment. Drive consistency and predictability among projects regardless of who executes them.Provide leadership, technical expertise plus engineering consultation, troubleshooting services to the plant, review of project feasibilities, and innovative technology uses.Lead the maintenance and development of plant engineering standards, forming teams within the Technical department and other departments as appropriate.
