Located off Fulton Industrial, Monday through Friday going for $15/hr. Temp to Perm.  The manufacturing associate position assembles products and/or related parts in a manufacturing setting at a standard rate of work based upon customer demand and lean manufacturing principles to satisfy the customer and to provide high quality products delivered in a timely manner. Problem solves with the assistance of other team members and seeks continuous improvement activities. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Reads, understands, communicates, and interprets written and verbal instructions, work documentation, policies and practices, etc., which are written in the English language. Works overtime as needed. Completes required paperwork correctly to ensure record accuracy. Maintains a clean, safe working environment according to 5s and department safety guidelines. Participates in HMPS improvement activities within current department or other departments as appropriate. Performs a minimum of 75% of the jobs in the department at the required rate (cycle time). Rotates through the department work stations based on business need. Checks equipment and product as needed, reports problems or issues regarding safety or quality to department supervisor. Regular and predictable attendance based on scheduled hours.
