responsibilities:
Primary Accountabilities
? Proposals
o Continuously improve and maintain proposal process and best practices with Culture and
Communications team
? Ensure all proposals have consistent visual identity and on-point messaging, as determined by
corporate-wide standards
? Partner with Director of Culture and Communications and Operational teams from the
beginning of pursuit process to ensure team unity in strategic messaging through completion
? Collaborate with project teams to provide support in the facilitation of interview strategy
sessions and develop presentations to empower the team to deliver well-crafted messages
? Proposals Regional
o Coordinate qualifications, proposal and presentation preparation activities; oversee and participate
hands-on in the production of all qualifications, proposal and presentation deliverables
o Coordinate the activities of external marketing resources (coaching, photography, graphics and technical
writing)
o Support writing of proposal sections and cover letters-Work closely with Preconstruction, Project
Management and Operations personnel in researching and producing "the story"
o Build relationships and work with Proposal Lead in developing win strategies and proposal preparation
plans that address the client's issues and the RFP/RFQ requirements
o Manage database and accurately catalog company project data
