Engineering Manager located near Edinburgh, IN for a growing industrial manufacturer that services the industrial and transportation markets. This role is responsible to manage and oversee all project management aspects of manufacturing, injection molding and CAP EX projects. To be considered - candidates must have B.S degree in Engineering with at least five (5) years of experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. responsibilities:
- Manage, direct and oversee all project management aspects of manufacturing, injection molding and CAP EX projects
- Managing facility capital budgets, manufacturing project management and directing activities related to outside Contractors working onsite
- Responsible for all CAPEX projects, tracks expenditures to ensure project is within budget
- Manage facility installation projects of new or improvements to equipment, quality, and process improvements, cost reductions and increased capacity
- Interface with outside service providers and contractors to secure bids for goods and services as they pertain to the facilities operation
- Works with all Engineers onsite to ensure equipment will meet all production needs of the plant
