responsibilities:
The Rolling Mill Shift Supervisor is responsible for the direction and development of the Rolling Mill Team. He/She supports the goals of the Rolling Department in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environmental, Cost and Productivity. Candidates must possess a high degree of dedication to handle all responsibilities of a Supervisor. The qualified candidate must be willing to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as required.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
