A Manufacturing Engineer is needed for an American corporation that manufactures agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery, diesel engines, drivetrains (axles, transmissions, gearboxes) used in heavy equipment, and lawn care equipment in the East Moline, IL area. This job plans, coordinates, and performs manufacturing engineering work for a project or process. Operates in a team environment within either the enterprise product delivery process or the enterprise order fullment process.

responsibilities:
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects impacting safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and ergonomic improvements for department
- Establish process controls, tooling, assembly methods, operator method sheets, and control plans for revisions to current operations
- Work with production systems to perform engineering functions
- Drive Closed Loop corrective Action for Assembly Build Issues
