Primavera Project Scheduler opportunity with an energy client located in the Birmingham, AL area. This position will be responsible for the development, maintenance and reporting of project schedules including the engineering, procurement, construction and closeout activities for assigned projects within the client's Energy Services Organization.

responsibilities:
- Work with the client's Energy Services Organization to develop and implement a standardized WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) for various project types within the organization
- Work with assigned Project Cost Analyst to ensure cost and schedule are complimentary for assigned projects
- Deal with change management (scope, schedule and budget)
- Other duties as assigned
- Approximately 5 or more years experience experience working directly in Project Controls / Project Management / Construction Management
- Demonstrated experience with Primavera / MS Project scheduling software
- Demonstrated understanding of project management
- Demonstrated experience dealing with change management
- Experience with Enterprise Foundation Tools (MAXIMO, ORACLE, etc)
- Ability to work in a team-based environment (work closely with Project Managers, Supply Chain and other departments)
