MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and projects
- Minimum of two years' experience in environmental compliance, permitting and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental, civil, chemical engineering or related field.
- Communication - The ability to effectively express ideas to individuals and groups, exhibit effective listening and showing a genuine interest in others.
- Teamwork - Working as part of a coordinated effort with others to achieve a common goal.

The Day Supervisor will serve as a resource for the operating crews and will establish expectations, develop best practices for the area, and ensure consistency.
In addition, this position will also participate in long term strategic planning for the department.
