responsibilities:
- Generate building designs
- Design projects with accuracy and within given timeframes
- Manage projects through effective communication and documentation with leadership, customers, and teammates
- Check and seal the work of teammates; ask for checking and sealing of your work from teammates
- Assist in project meetings, estimating, and R&D as requested
- BS Civil Engineering minimum
- 3.0 GPA or higher desired
- 3+ structural courses desired
- EIT (Engineer in Training) or obtaining soon
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship (now or at any point in the future)
- Ability to relocate to the Texarkana area
