The company is Vault Health. They are a health tech company that works primarily with COVID testing. At the current moment, they are working on a project for at home COVID testing where they send patients a COVID test packet, then send it back for results. The team works with both patients and clients to ensure a smooth and deliverable service for both the patient and the doctors to provide accurate and timely results.
We are looking for a customer service/solutions specialist to answer questions for the patients after they have completed their tests. This will be a case/conflict resolution role, as the candidates will not speak to these individuals unless there is an issue with your process. These positions work exclusively through video and cannot use their phone for any calls.
