You will be handling Tier 1 calls where members will be relying on you to actively listen, resolve their issues, and provide compassion and empathy.
- Your Mission: Provide clear, complete, and accurate information to consumers and providers.
- You must be able to handle difficult situations and support callers.
- You must be committed to perfect attendance during training and reliable throughout the project!
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing one-to-one telephone contact with consumers and providers.
- Meeting and exceeding daily call center metrics for calls answered, customer service, and quality.
- Accurately document all consumer interactions and data enter complaints into the call tracking system in accordance with approved policies.
- Following scripts to ensure proper procedures are adhered to.
- Work with consumers in difficult situations and maintain a commitment to customer service and quality.
- Commit to being present for all paid training, which will continue through the holidays (excluding Christmas and New Year's Day).
- Experience (Must meet at least one):
- 6 months minimum experience in a call center environment.
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Skills: Must pass a Typing Assessment (30 WPM+).
- Must be able to navigate multiple software systems efficiently.
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (No weekends). Standard hours are 8:00AM-4:30PM

Responsibilities

- Accurately document all consumer interactions and data enter complaints into the call tracking system in accordance with approved policies.
- Maintain proficiency in program policies, Health rules/guidelines, and other related program policies.
- Work with consumers in difficult situations and maintain a commitment to customer service and quality.
- Commit to being present for all paid training, which will continue through the holidays (excluding Christmas and New Year's Day).
