Responsibilities
- Respond to service requests, incidents, and reported issues in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Handle incoming requests through phone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring courteous, timely, and effective resolution of issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine technical problems; escalate complex or non-routine issues to higher-tier support as needed.
- Work independently to manage and resolve incidents, escalating unresolved complaints to appropriate leadership.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt issue resolution and foster a supportive, customer-focused service environment.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned to support departmental goals and service excellence.
- Explain techinical issues to technical an nontechnical customers.
