Our client, a high end real estate firm, is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Specialist.  The office is on Palm Beach Island, and is in a beautiful location, minutes from the beach!  If you are energetic and a go-getter, you are just who we are looking for! This is a hybrid type of position; a lot of marketing and social media, but also assisting the Principal with managing of real estate contracts from start to close.  Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required. A good fit for this position is someone that has experience with social media avenues such as FaceBook, Instagram, Whatsapp, etc.  Also, someone with experience with creating content, managing social media pages, and someone who thinks outside of the box. Base pay is $40k-$50k, but you will make 1-3% commission on all homes closed, which will bring you into the $60k's, minimum. No weekend work required!  Apply now!

Creating ad content

Google Ads

Following up with vendors to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner

Managing all social media channels, create daily postings and grow accounts

Email marketing

Managing CRM database, keeping it up to date and organized

Reaching out to clients every 90 days for follow up

Create systems and structures

Manager real estate contracts to close

Prepare for listings appointments

Helping onboard new agents
