Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to attorneys and paralegals/specialists. Produce documents Prepare and assemble legal documents and exhibits for meetings and conferences. Sort, open, log and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. File legal documents with proper courts or administrative agencies. Create, proofread, edit, and mail daily correspondence. Handle calendaring and scheduling of conference calls, meetings, maintain calendar and docket items. Act as a liaison between client and attorney. File and scan correspondence, legal documents and emails, as appropriate, in the office filing system or document management system and ensure proper indexing. Assist attorneys and paralegals/specialists in maintaining calendar and docket items. Act as a liaison between client and attorney or paralegal/specialist. Prepare documents for signing via DocuSign. Act as a backup receptionist when needed.
