Responsibilities
-Pulls individual files from the storage box, identify required data fields from each file and enter information into the database.
-When all files have been reviewed, they are returned to the box and another box of documents will be keyed.
-Must maintain consistent high frequency of keystrokes with accuracy confirmed by ‘double key’ verification.
-Will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of exposure to sensitive documents and medical records.
