Responsibilities
Handle all client contact, which includes answering inbound calls from clients, and making outbound calls to clients to schedule appointments, schedule jobs and customer satisfaction.
Intake of client claims.
Addressing client concerns regarding billing issues.
Following up and closing estimates.
Monitoring and maintaining social media presence.
Filing, emailing and printing paperwork.
