A bank-operated mailing address to which a company directs its customers to send their payments. The bank opens the incoming mail, deposits all received funds in the company's bank account, and scans the payments and any remittance information. salary: $18 - $18 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High` SchoolResponsibilitiesShift: Mon-Fri, 12:00 AM (Midnight) – 8:00 AM or completion  –Processing/opening mail and organizing it into the correct places. –Scanning/data entry of checks/invoices into the system. –Preparing checks/invoices to be sent out. –Researching and clearing suspense items; researching and processing adjustments to accounts on various systems –Calculating or balancing routine accounting entries –Sorting, matching, ordering and/or reconciling items –Mail Sorting (attention to detail is needed to identify PO Boxes.
