Responsibilities
Supports the Companies quality management programs by providing effective customer service to both internal and external customers. Administrator for employee relations, safety program and administrative support for HR.
Update and maintain employee information within HRIS.
Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Primary Tasks:
Maintains all personnel records.
Verifies payroll information and communicates changes.
Maintains accurate record of employees time, including sick/vacation days and personal holidays.
Submits all personnel changes utilizing personnel action forms, including notifications regarding changes in pay rates, job titles and account codes/locations as well as payment of bonuses/incentives and tracking of employees on leaves of absence.
