Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist with timely and accurate reporting of financial performance and operational metrics
- Collaborate with operations team and subsidiary companies to improve company margins and profitability
- Support operations team with in-depth financial analysis on key business decisions
- Learn and become familiar with construction and project accounting, work-in-process schedules, and other industry-specific metrics
- Develop benchmarking and reporting templates to share with business leaders
- Work with accounting and finance teams to understand monthly business performance
- 2-4 years of experience in a public accounting or finance role
- Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, sumifs, etc.)
- strong knowledge of GAAP accounting and ability to review and analyze financial statements
