Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for order entry and order management for domestic and international customers
- Review orders and expedite as necessary
- Resolve customer issues such as back orders, lead time issues, returns, etc
- Ensure vendor files and contact information is accurate and up to date
- Maintain various spreadsheets and other data records by extracting, combining, updating, and creating new spreadsheets
- Document processes and update existing scripts
Skills
- Bilingual (1 year of experience is required)
- Hybrid Schedule (1 year of experience is required)
