The purpose of this position is to be the main IT contact for internal users for technical problems, to provide technical support and to provide basic education to our internal users on IT technology. Identify, research, and provide technical solutions for simple to moderately complex hardware and software related issues reported to the IT Service Center. This position also provides basic root cause analysis, and communicates issues to management. Collaborates as a team to achieve team goals. Must be available to work flexible shifts that will include nights and weekends. Must be available to provide onsite support coverage.
- Must have a high school diploma
- Must know how to unlock network accounts and deal with an impaired account
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues with a Computer via VPN
- Troubleshoot issues with software and hardware
- Experience with Ipads and Iphones
- Familiarity with Airwatch/Workspace One
