Responsibilities
- High-volume recruiting, conducting 15-20 interviews per day
- Provide timely and regular correspondence via email, phone and text
- Coordinate the completion of the onboarding process to include: background check, prescreening, badge access, and new hire paperwork
- Ensure confidentiality of documentation and information of candidates
- Collaborate with fellow site coordinators to meet the weekly target of 50 new candidates.
- Understand the positions being staffed and efficiently identify the best candidates for each role
- Demonstrate a high level of care and concern for Talent
- Collaborate with operational managers and supervisors to ensure effective candidate placement
- Learn and manage candidate flow through several different online systems in an organized and efficient manner
- Demonstrate empathy and humility when giving and receiving feedback
- Update and manage applicant tracking and database management
- Demonstrate drive to meet or exceed team goals
