salary: $21 - $25 per hour
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
PART TIME - 20 hrs a week, 6 month contract with potential to be permanent
- Setting up new users in our external Fulfillment System
- Communicating with internal clients to request Profile Forms be filled out for new items going into Fulfillment System
- Setting up new items in the Fulfillment System with information provided on Profile Forms
- Generating SKUs for new items
- Logging info on unit cost/spend per piece
- Monitoring reorder points on printed pieces based on usage and making updates in Fulfillment system
- Creating & connecting thumbnails for new/updated items on the external Fulfillment System backend
- Ordering/Stocking supplies such as paper, ink, large format printing supplies, ensuring adequate levels are maintained
- Filing printed samples into the Creative Services Print Library
- Associate’s degree or three to five years of related work experience
