We are working with a healthcare clinic in Boston to fill their need for a Billing Clerk / Office Admin. This role will be heavily on the phones and handling paperwork. The main goal for this position is to contact clients about their outstanding bills in order to obtain payments. The ideal candidate will have experience with medical billing/collections, medical office experience, excellent phone etiquette, and adept communication skills. This role also has an Office Admin aspect where this person will assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
