Responsibilities
- Collections Role with Small Business Lending. This role will focus on notifying small business owners that their account is overdue and they will work on a solution together for payment.
- Working out of a call system with a high volume of dials
- Working multiple systems
- Reading disclosures to the customer to ensure quality and to protect the bank
