salary: $18 - $20 per hour
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
-Answer tickets regarding tech support to varying customers, some high level issues and some smaller/easier problems
-Assist in troubleshooting and product testing where needed
-Act as a partner for product and process improvement - noticing areas where things can be streamlined
-Interact with customers (primarily) via email, but over the phone as needed
-Perform all necessary follow ups as it relates to support
