Responsibilities  Full cycle accounts payable - three way matching vendor invoice, receivers & PO  Audit invoices or bills for accuracy and compliance against purchase orders and requisitions.  Work with staff, and when necessary, vendors to rectify billing errors; reconcile statements and expedite payments;  Process employee expense vouchers and other accounts payables into the general ledger.  Manage AP aging, prepare weekly payable run and obtain authorized signatures  Track project payments, deposits and project balances  Respond to inquiries timely and follow thru with action plans  Ascertain that all invoices for a given G/L period are processed prior to monthly close activities and coded correctly.  Prepare month end accruals for AP expenditures as needed.  Preparation and filing of 1099 annual reporting and maintain vendor W9 files.  Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
