This includes the management of project planning, execution, quality, support transition, communications, risks and cost. Manages on-time and on-budget delivery of small to medium IT solutions. Facilitates the development of project schedules, work plans, and tasks to determine detailed project schedules, costs estimate, and resource scheduling needs Identifies and anticipates risks and issues; facilitates resolution, mitigation, and appropriate escalation Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation & artifacts, including project charter, project workbook including budget tracking, risk log, change log, communication plans, RAID, backlog, etc.Ensures that ongoing support (Run the Business) team members are engaged at the appropriate time in the project delivery.
