Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for executing cycle counts, with direction from Inventory Coordinator
• Provides accurate and timely information about stock levels and other inventory-focused issues
• Notifies the Materials Management Supervisor about potential reorder point adjustments
• Utilizes the inventory management system (IMS) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) software in daily duties
• Ensures that all supply requests and replenishments are completed in a timely manner
• Troubleshoots inventory discrepancies and concerns
• Tracks inventory to ensure availability and prevent overstock and waste due to expiration
• Serves as a liaison between departments in regards to supplies
• Verifies incoming shipments match outstanding purchase orders and packing slips, report discrepancies to the Procurement Coordinator
• Documents receipts, damages, and discrepancies for shipments
• Maintains all department logs and documents as required
