Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for achieving a network inventory strategy for new model service parts which supports corporate sales, market share, inventory turnover and customer service level goals by attaining optimal inventory levels at the Parts Distribution Centers (PDC's). The analyst accomplishes this by following lean management principles across a full scope of quantitative and qualitative analysis in the areas of parts forecasting and replenishment, vendor management, and supply constraint root cause and recovery analytics. The analyst actively participates in preventative management through the identification and resolution of issues within the supply chain that could result in a customer service level miss. The analyst will engage key stakeholders for execution of shared sales and stocking strategies and supports clear communication with key partners.
