The Financial Coordinator will process and manage all financial transactions within the Compensation and Benefits Department and other HR Departments, being proactive with department members and demonstrate a high degree of initiative in order to assure financial accuracy. This function will play a central role in monitoring and applying all relevant company policies and procedures in accordance with the Accounting, Purchasing and Accounts Payable processes.
