Responsibilities
The Franchise Administration Specialist facilitates all aspects of individual franchise administration & compliance work which includes:
Processing of New Buyer contracts, Transfers of Ownership, Renewals, Ownership Changes, Business Name Changes
Answering calls/emails and responding to franchise owner inquiries in a timely manner
Monitoring various compliance issues such as advertising, training and insurance requirements.
Handling default notices for franchisees and miscellaneous correspondence (both written and verbal)
Reviewing quality control evaluations and handling franchisee issues
Various administrative functions include: Tracking projects, scanning, filing, and department support.
Special projects as assigned
