Responsibilities

Provide both internal and external sales support to facilitate a high level of customer care service.

·Provide fast, accurate and efficient processing of all customer inquiries and orders (order entry into MRP).

·Ensure fast, accurate and efficient response to all customer inquiries and orders.

·Coordinate customer order information with Regional Sales Managers and Field Sales Representatives.

·Liaise closely with appropriate department to ascertain status of orders, or any other customer-related issues (pricing, delivery, claims, credit hold, etc).

·Ensure customers are kept informed of order status, delivery and/or delays in a timely manner.

·Ensure all customers inquiries are followed-up and quotations are generated.

·Record customer complaints and ensure they are processed quickly and satisfactorily resolved.

·Follow all relevant company Internal Controls procedures as it relates to Customer Service and Contract Review.
